    Founder and Director of Operations

    Alex Jump’s idea for FOH was formed through Bombay Sapphire’s Most Imaginative Bartender Competition and shaped from a life-long struggle with anxiety and depression. Sharing her struggle with mental health over the years had opened up a support system for her that she was not aware could exist and has allowed her to realize the importance and need for resources to be available to our industry. Alex is currently a beverage consultant residing in Denver, CO, a Tales of the Cocktail committee member, and is a dog mom to Julep and Lorenzo.

    CEO & Creative Lead

    Turning to physical movement as an outlet from her day to day stresses Lauren realized how it impacted her overall wellness and allowed her to be intentional and mindful with her actions. Today, she spends her time creating diverse, inclusive and equitable spaces through her work with FOH and on her personal platform. She is a beverage consultant and entrepeneur based in Washington, DC.

    Joshua Thomas Gandee is a bartender, and creative working in and around the restaurant industry for over a decade. Joshua quit drinking in 2017, and began creating a non-alcoholic culture in his city and beyond through recipes, recommendations, and a penchant for any water that bubbles. Joshua believes a change in mindset, can produce a change in identity and works to be the best version of himself possible while helping to lift the spirits of those around him.
